    Akkodis is seeking a DevOps Lead for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL(Remote). You will lead teams in delivering robust DevOps solutions while partnering with clients to design roadmaps and implement best‑practice automation.

    Rate Range: $43/hour to $44/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    DevOps Lead job responsibilities include:

    • Lead and mentor a DevOps team to deliver scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions.

    • Drive CI/CD pipeline design, optimization, and deployment using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

    • Manage containerized environments, including provisioning, scaling, and monitoring virtualized infrastructure.

    • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define roadmaps, implementation plans, and status reporting.

    • Oversee the design and implementation of DevOps best practices, automation frameworks, and operational standards.

    • Utilize scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) to automate processes and enhance system reliability.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.

    • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in DevOps, with at least 4–6 years in a leadership capacity.

    • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional DevOps teams and interface effectively with client stakeholders.

    • Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and virtual environment scaling as required by the client.

    Pay Details: $43.00 to $44.00 per hour
