Dynamics CRM App Support Dev/Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Dynamics CRM App Support Dev/Analyst for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions by leveraging Dataverse, Power Platform, integrations, and custom development to meet business requirements.

Rate Range: $49/Hour to $51/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Dynamics CRM App Support Dev/Analyst Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Dataverse, Power Automate, plugins, custom APIs, and model-driven applications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct solution workshops, and deliver high-level technical designs.

• Manage CRM environments across development, testing, UAT, and production while supporting solution deployments and release activities.

• Troubleshoot complex production and non-production issues, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with support SLAs.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and Power BI solutions to enhance business insights and operational efficiency.

• Build and support AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and Dynamics 365 Copilot capabilities to improve user productivity and business processes.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, configuration, and support.

• Hands-on expertise with Dataverse, Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps), C#, plugins, integrations, and CRM solution deployments.

• Experience developing AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 Copilot, Azure AI services, and chatbot technologies.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $51.00 per hour
