Dynatrace Admin - Integration Expert

Akkodis is seeking a Dynatrace Admin - Integration Expert for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA (Remote). The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration, tagging governance, ownership-based monitoring, and ITSM integrations such as Freshservice or ServiceNow.

Rate Range: $35/Hour to $37/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Dynatrace Admin - Integration Expert Responsibilities include:

• Administer and optimize Dynatrace SaaS environments, including OneAgent deployment, tagging governance, and ownership-based monitoring.

• Automate incident detection, alert routing, and response workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce MTTR.

• Configure monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and reporting to ensure application performance and infrastructure health visibility.

• Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM platforms such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, and Jira for streamlined incident management.

• Monitor cloud, Kubernetes, and enterprise environments while performing root cause analysis and proactive performance optimization.

• Develop automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, or Bash and maintain monitoring standards, documentation, and governance policies.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8-10+ years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, observability, and enterprise support environments.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience administering Dynatrace, including OneAgent deployment, tagging governance, and automation workflows.

• Proven experience integrating Dynatrace with ITSM platforms such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, or Jira, with strong incident management expertise.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $37.00 per hour
