Akkodis, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Operations Analyst for a hybrid role with a global industry leader in Grand Rapids, MI. The role is responsible for building and maintaining project execution rhythm through metrics, tools, resource coordination, and continuous improvement. Qualifications include 2-3 years within Engineering Operations or working with Engineering tools, advanced Excel skills and experience creating and editing dashboards.
Salary Range: $50-55 per hour; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Engineering Operations Analyst Job Responsibilities Include :
Gather, analyze, and publish metrics and dashboards on a weekly and monthly basis focused on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the CEO
Track actions, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues in a timely manner
Lead or contribute to lean/process improvement initiatives in the application of FLIGHT DECK tools and practices
Apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of CEO operations
Serve as point of contact for access to CEO tools (Design Practices, Design Record Book, Design Review, Lessons Learned, etc.)
Administer and maintain tools, queries, and metrics that help engineers
Support the development of training in the effective use of CEO tools including user guides, tutorials, and presentations
Administration of Process Training delivery (GE Learning, other)
Collect process metrics in support of monthly CEO MORs
Develop clear and concise technical documentation, including process manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system guides.
Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and is easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Review and edit technical content for accuracy and clarity.
Qualifications:
2+ years working with Engineering departments, such as Engineering Operations or Engineering Technology roles
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Filters, Charts, Tables); strong metrics and query development
Experience creating and editing dashboards in Spotfire, PowerBI, or Tableau
Skills in gathering, analyzing, and publishing metrics and dashboards on a weekly and monthly basis focused on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders, management, and executives and provide them with training and support on tools and dashboards
Plusses (not required) would include:
Experience using AI tools
General coding knowledge or experience querying databases
