Facilities Technician II

Akkodis is seeking a Facilities Technician II for a Contract with a client in Pomona, CA. The ideal candidate will support the maintenance and reliability of building utilities, equipment, and facility infrastructure while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Rate Range: $25/Hour to $26/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Facilities Technician II Responsibilities include:

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility utilities and equipment, including HVAC, compressed air, power, water, and emergency generation systems.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to support maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and facility improvement projects.

• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and work orders using the Maximo maintenance management system.

• Conduct general facility repairs, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring, and lighting maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining facility operations.

• Support security systems, equipment installations, office moves, and other facility-related projects as needed.

 

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• 2-4 years of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare environment.

• Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general facility maintenance.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and computerized maintenance management systems.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
