FDE System Performance

Akkodis is seeking a FDE System Performance for a Contract with a client in Irving, TX. You will support the optimization and performance analysis of LTE and 5G wireless networks to ensure reliable network operations.

Rate Range: $56/Hour to $57/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

FDE System Performance Responsibilities include:

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize LTE and 5G network performance to ensure high service quality and reliability.

• Conduct RF performance testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve network issues.

• Evaluate network KPIs and performance metrics, providing recommendations for coverage and capacity improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network deployment, integration, and optimization activities.

• Perform drive test analysis and RF tuning to enhance overall network efficiency and user experience.

• Prepare performance reports and present findings, insights, and optimization strategies to stakeholders.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 4-6 years of experience in RF engineering, wireless network optimization, or system performance analysis.

• Strong hands-on experience with LTE and 5G wireless network technologies, including KPI analysis and performance troubleshooting.

• Proven ability to perform RF optimization, coverage analysis, and root cause identification to improve network performance.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $57.00 per hour
