Field Technical Spt Cons II

Akkodis is seeking a Field Technical Spt Cons II for a Contract (24-month contract) with a client in Honolulu, HI. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support for print devices, including installations, troubleshooting, inventory management, and customer assistance to maintain operational efficiency.

Rate Range: $26/Hour to $28/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Field Technical Spt Cons II Responsibilities include:

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot print devices to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Manage toner, paper, and consumable inventory while ensuring adequate stock levels at customer locations.

• Provide end-user support by resolving device functionality issues, clearing paper jams, and performing basic troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with internal support teams and client technical resources to address and resolve escalated issues.

• Assist with device installations, swaps, configurations, and the collection of usage metrics as needed.

• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries promptly, reporting customer concerns, and meeting service-level expectations.

 

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; additional technical training is preferred.

• 2-5 years of experience in printer support, maintenance, field services, or a related technical support environment.

• Must reside in Honolulu, HI, or be able to commute daily to the customer site for onsite support.

• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and inventory management skills with the ability to support print devices and resolve technical issues independently.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
