Full Stack Tech Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate with experience leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern front-end technologies.

Rate Range: $60/Hour to $66/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Full Stack Tech Lead Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and AWS technologies.

• Convert business requirements, UI designs, and mid-tier specifications into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

• Develop, test, and deploy RESTful APIs, microservices, and full-stack application components following TDD and coding best practices.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to review designs and ensure successful project delivery.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide guidance and support to development team members.

• Build and maintain high-quality applications through unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and CI/CD-driven deployment processes.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in full-stack application development using Java and modern web technologies.

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda), CI/CD pipelines, OAuth, JUnit, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $66.00 per hour
