Akkodis is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for a Contract with a client in Irving, TX (Remote). The ideal candidate is responsible for end‑to‑end design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud‑native applications.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Java Full Stack Developer Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot/Microservices), Python, and modern UI frameworks.
Build, deploy, and manage scalable cloud‑native solutions on AWS using services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs while ensuring performance, reliability, and clean, well‑documented code.
Apply secure coding practices, manage secrets, and implement authentication/authorization using Okta, IAM, and industry security standards.
Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams to troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application quality and delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
6–8 years of professional experience as a Java Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
Strong hands‑on expertise in advanced Java, Python, AWS cloud services, and building scalable cloud‑native applications.
Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation, with a solid understanding of security and Agile delivery practices.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
