Akkodis is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for a Contract with a client in New York, NY. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable end‑to‑end web applications across frontend, backend, and cloud platforms.
Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Java Full Stack Developer Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, test, and deploy full‑stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks.
Build and maintain secure, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs following microservices architecture.
Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular, React, or Vue.js with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases while ensuring data integrity and performance.
Implement authentication, authorization, and application security using OAuth2, JWT, and industry best practices.
Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and support CI/CD and cloud deployments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
8–10 years of hands‑on experience in Java full‑stack application development.
Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and building RESTful APIs within microservices architectures.
Proven experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React/Vue), database integration, and CI/CD‑enabled cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
