Akkodis is seeking a Java Full Stack Sr. Developer for a Contract with a client in Culver City, CA. The candidate will lead full‑stack Java application design and development while driving code quality, reviews, and delivery across complex, multi‑tier systems.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Java Full Stack Sr. Developer job responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java full‑stack applications using Spring, microservices, and modern UI frameworks.
Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high code quality through testing and best practices.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.
Analyze system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement fixes and performance improvements.
Manage CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, and deployment activities to support reliable releases.
Mentor team members, track team metrics via Agile/Jira, and contribute to continuous process and skill improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
10+ years of professional experience in Java full‑stack development, including enterprise‑scale application delivery.
Demonstrated expertise in Java (JDK 8/21), Spring/Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful services in production environments.
Strong hands‑on experience with modern UI frameworks and CI/CD, code quality, and Agile delivery practices.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
