Jr Tech PM

Akkodis is seeking a Jr Tech PM for a Contract with a client in Temple Terrace, FL (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have strong experience in program management with exposure to Spring Boot-based digital solutions to support end-to-end delivery is essential.

Rate Range: $35/Hour to $37/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Jr Tech PM Job Responsibilities include:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and support creation of implementation roadmaps.

• Identify stakeholders, maintain RACI matrix, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with architects to support HLA/LLD preparation and ensure smooth development handoff.

• Assist in IT roadmap planning, budget tracking, and alignment with business objectives.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and support mitigation planning throughout project lifecycle.

• Work with product teams to prioritize features, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in Program Management or Technical Project Management roles.

• Experience working with Spring Boot-based digital applications and IT project delivery environments.

• Strong skills in stakeholder coordination, requirement analysis, and managing risks and dependencies across cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $37.00 per hour
