    Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a Contract with a client in Jacksonville, FL. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring SAP testing teams, ensuring timely delivery of functional, integration, and regression testing activities.

    Rate Range: $60/hour to $71/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Lead job responsibilities include:

    • Lead and mentor a team of SAP testers, providing guidance and ensuring timely delivery of testing activities.

    • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules for SAP projects.

    • Oversee execution of functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across SAP modules.

    • Prepare and manage test documentation including execution reports, traceability matrices, and defect logs.

    • Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and ensure proper test environments are set up and maintained.

    • Utilize test management tools (HP ALM, JIRA Xray) and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve defects and improve processes.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

    • 10+ years in software testing with at least 5 years in SAP testing and leadership roles.

    • Strong expertise in SAP testing strategies, test planning, and execution across multiple modules.

    • Hands-on experience with test management tools (HP ALM, JIRA Xray) and knowledge of SAP test automation tools like TOSCA or Worksoft.

    Pay Details: $60.00 to $71.00 per hour
