Maintenance Manager

Now Hiring: Maintenance Manager

Location: Auburndale, FL | 100% Onsite

Shift: 1st Shift, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM

We’re seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at a high-volume manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a maintenance team of 5 direct / 17 indirect reports

• Drive equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance KPIs

• Oversee PM/PdM programs, CMMS, budgeting, and root-cause analysis

• Improve maintenance processes, safety, and standardized work

• Partner with Operations and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal background:

• 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance leadership

• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and equipment reliability experience

• Experience with PLCs, blow molders, fillers, conveyors, compressors, and chillers

• Bottling or high-speed production experience strongly preferred

• Proven success developing or turning around maintenance teams
