Maximo AMS Support Executive

Akkodis is seeking a Maximo AMS Support Executive for a Contract with a client in Glendale, WI. The ideal candidate is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions while driving implementation, upgrade, and application support initiatives for business-critical asset management processes.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Maximo AMS Support Executive Job Responsibilities include:

• Provide application maintenance, enhancement, and support services for IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) environments, ensuring system stability and business continuity.

• Lead and execute Maximo implementation, upgrade, configuration, and enhancement activities, collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.

• Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct design workshops, and translate requirements into scalable Maximo solutions.

• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to support decision-making, issue resolution, and successful project delivery.

• Monitor project progress, manage delivery milestones, and provide regular status reporting to clients and leadership teams.

• Support Maximo add-ons and related technologies, including MAS Health Monitor, DB2, Azure DevOps, and infrastructure components, while ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field.

• 5-10 years of experience in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) implementation, support, upgrades, and enterprise asset management solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with Maximo 7.6+ and MAS 8.x/9, including implementation, upgrade, support, configuration, and manufacturing industry deployments.

• Proven expertise in Maximo add-ons, Azure DevOps, DB2, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and delivering end-to-end Maximo solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
