    Akkodis is seeking an MS Install Tech for a Contract with a client in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in IMAC activities, device deployment, ticket resolution, and SLA-driven incident management.

    Rate Range: $22/hour to $24/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    MS Install Tech Job Responsibilities include:

    • Provide second-line onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, OS, application, and connectivity issues.

    • Act as an escalation point for incidents and service requests from the Service Desk, ensuring SLA compliance.

    • Perform IMAC activities, including installing, configuring, replacing, and decommissioning end-user devices.

    • Image, test, validate, and deploy desktops, laptops, peripherals, and applications.

    • Deliver desk-side support and guidance to end users, including VIP support during critical business meetings.

    • Document incidents, resolutions, and asset details accurately while collaborating with internal support teams.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

    • 3+ years of experience providing end‑user or desktop support in an enterprise IT environment.

    • Strong hands‑on experience with IMAC activities, device deployment, and second‑line support for end‑user computing equipment.

    • Proven ability to manage escalations, meet SLA requirements, and deliver high‑quality customer and VIP user support.

    Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
