Network Onsite Delivery Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Network Onsite Delivery Lead for a Contract with a client in Kalamazoo, MI/Allendale, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading network service delivery operations, managing customer engagements, and driving operational excellence across enterprise network environments.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $46/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Network Onsite Delivery Lead Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead onsite network service delivery operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise network infrastructure.

• Manage customer relationships, facilitate strategic discussions, and provide technology roadmap recommendations aligned with business objectives.

• Drive major incident management, lead escalation calls, and oversee root cause analysis (RCA) for critical network issues.

• Administer and support routing, switching, network security, wireless, SD-WAN, and data center networking technologies.

• Manage vendor coordination, service escalations, and follow-up activities to ensure timely issue resolution and service quality.

• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and operational optimization while ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices and service delivery standards.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.

• 8+ years of experience in network administration, network operations, and IT service delivery management.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Dell switches, Palo Alto firewalls, routing and switching, MPLS, Cisco Wireless, Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, VPNs, and data center networking technologies.

• Proven experience in ITIL-based service delivery, customer and stakeholder management, major incident management, RCA coordination, vendor management, and driving automation and process improvement initiatives.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $46.00 per hour
