Opentext and Quadient Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Opentext and Quadient Developer for a Contract with a client in Newark, NJ. Candidate must have strong hands‑on expertise with Quadient Inspire and OpenText Exstream platforms to design and deliver high‑quality customer communications.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Opentext and Quadient Developer job responsibilities include:

• Design and configure Opentext and Quadient communication solutions while ensuring accurate and compliant customer correspondence.

• Develop communication templates and interactive outputs, guiding business content authors through ticketing workflows in Quadient Interactive.

• Support QA, UAT, and performance testing activities, performing thorough production tech checkouts to ensure solution readiness.

• Resolve production incidents by identifying root causes and applying timely fixes across Quadient, OpenText, and integrated systems.

• Collaborate with product owners using agile methodologies to translate business needs into effective communication designs and workflows.

• Execute system integrations, version migrations, and scripting tasks across Linux and Windows environments.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience with Quadient Inspire and/or OpenText Exstream.

• Strong proficiency in designing, configuring, and developing customer communications using Quadient Inspire tools and OpenText Communication platforms.

• Ability to manage integrations, version migrations, scripting, and production incident resolution across Linux and Windows environments.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $68.00 per hour
