Akkodis is seeking an Oracle FCCS Consultant for a Contract position with a client in Chicago, IL.The ideal candidate will have strong functional finance expertise, deep experience in consolidation processes, and hands‑on configuration skills within FCCS.
Rate Range: $65/hour to $69/hour on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Oracle FCCS Consultant job responsibilities include:
Lead FCCS implementation projects including design, build, configuration, and deployment.
Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops with finance teams; translate business needs into FCCS technical solutions.
Configure FCCS applications for consolidation, reporting, translation, and compliance needs.
Customize FCCS solutions to support complex consolidation processes (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Equity, Minority Interest).
Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory accounting requirements.
Support financial close cycles and reporting deliverables.
Design consolidation, intercompany, ownership pattern, and equity‑holding structures within FCCS.
Develop and manage business rules, rulesets, forms, dashboards, and reporting components within the cloud environment.
Integrate FCCS with various source systems using data exchange pipelines and data integration tools.
Utilize EPM Automate for automation, scheduling, and integration routines.
Conduct system testing and support UAT activities; troubleshoot FCCS issues and optimize configurations.
Professional & Technical Qualifications:
At least 6 years of relevant experience with FCCS and financial consolidation processes.
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on FCCS implementation experience required.
Strong functional expertise in consolidation, intercompany, ownership, equity, and translation processes.
Strong financial background with understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements.
Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve technical and functional FCCS issues.
Excellent communication and client‑facing skills with ability to work effectively with finance teams.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (4‑year college education required)

Pay Details: $65.00 to $69.00 per hour
