Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Product Manager – Natural Gas & NGL Digital Products for a contract job with our client. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 7+ years of relevant product management experience and a strong background in Oil & Gas and/or Industrial Control Systems (ICS). This role will lead the strategy and delivery of innovative IT and OT solutions supporting Operations Excellence and Insights across Natural Gas, NGL, and adjacent Midstream business segments.

Rate Range: $65/hour to $83/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Product Manager job responsibilities include:

• Lead the strategic direction and delivery of digital products and capabilities supporting Natural Gas & NGL operations, with a focus on Operations Excellence and Insights.

• Develop and manage product strategies, roadmaps, Epics, Features, backlogs, and release priorities, aligning product initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.

• Partner closely with system and solution architects to address complex technical challenges and translate business requirements into scalable IT and OT solutions.

• Lead large-scale Epic delivery across multiple product teams, business units, and technology organizations while managing complex risks, dependencies, and cross-team priorities.

• Work across IT and OT environments, helping connect digital technology capabilities with industrial and operational business needs.

• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across business operations, product, engineering, UX/design, analytics, architecture, and customer support.

• Partner with Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and product teams to identify and remove issues or dependencies that impact solution delivery.

Desired Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related field required

• Experience within Oil & Gas, Natural Gas/NGL, Midstream, and/or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments.

• Demonstrated experience working across both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

• Strong experience with product strategy, product roadmaps, backlog management, Epics, Features, prioritization, and Agile delivery.

• Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple product and Scrum teams, including management of cross-team dependencies.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with system architects, solution architects, engineering teams, and senior business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with AI technologies and their potential application within digital products and operational environments.
