Product Owner

Akkodis is seeking a Product Owner for a Contract job with a client in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Product Ownership, Solution Discovery, and Business Process Analysis, along with the ability to drive clarity and decision-making in ambiguous environments.

Rate Range: $58/hour to $61/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Product Owner job responsibilities include:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while serving as the voice of the customer.

• Lead product discovery efforts and independently drive solution definition for complex business challenges.

• Manage and continuously refine the product backlog to align with evolving customer needs, market demands, and business objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams to gather requirements and ensure a shared understanding of product goals.

• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities within Agile delivery teams.

• Analyze business processes, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related role.

• Strong experience in:

  • Product Ownership

  • Solution Discovery

  • Business Process Analysis

  • Agile Product Delivery

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Requirements Gathering

• Proven ability to work independently and drive solutions in ambiguous environments.

• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience utilizing Generative AI tools as part of product management and business analysis activities.

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

• Knowledge of Software Product Management methodologies and Agile frameworks.

• Experience supporting digital transformation, customer experience, or enterprise platform initiatives.

• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or similar are a plus.

Pay Details: $58.00 to $61.00 per hour
