Product Test Technician

Akkodis is seeking a Product Test Technician for a Contract to Hire with a client in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate will perform component‑level diagnostics, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement of test procedures and fixtures.

Rate Range: $34/hour to $37/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Product Test Technician job responsibilities include:

• Perform functional testing, troubleshooting to the component level, and repair/rework of electronic assemblies and instruments.

• Calibrate, inspect, and certify subassemblies and completed instruments in accordance with established procedures and specifications.

• Prepare, maintain, and update all required test documentation and records.

• Provide input for improving or developing test procedures and assist in building new test fixtures from drawings and specifications.

• Collect, analyze, and report data related to test processes while supporting best practices and process improvements.

• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues, offering guidance and support as needed.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in electronic testing, troubleshooting, or product repair.

• Proficiency using standard electronic test equipment and the ability to perform component‑level diagnostics.

• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently and support team members as needed.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $37.00 per hour
