    Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate leads cross‑functional program execution end‑to‑end and serve as the primary liaison ensuring alignment across teams and vendors.

    Rate Range: $58/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Program Manager job responsibilities include:

    • Provide overall leadership, governance, and strategic direction for MES programs, defining objectives, success metrics, and escalation paths.

    • Plan, execute, and monitor MES projects end‑to‑end, managing schedules, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes across cross‑functional teams.

    • Serve as the main liaison between project teams, site leadership, functional partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely decision‑making.

    • Oversee financial and resource management for the program, including budgets, forecasts, SOWs, vendor performance, and internal resource allocation.

    • Assess and resolve complex project challenges to achieve productivity, quality, compliance, and customer‑satisfaction goals.

    • Lead risk, issue, and change‑management processes while ensuring adherence to PMO, quality, and enterprise standards.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical discipline.

    • 5–7 years of experience leading complex projects or programs within manufacturing, operations, or technical environments.

    • Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end MES or large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.

    • Strong experience coordinating cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver operational outcomes.

    Pay Details: $58.00 to $68.00 per hour
