Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Olathe, KS. The ideal candidate will drive project coordination and track progress to ensure timelines, materials, and deliverables stay aligned across multiple teams.

Rate Range: $55/Hour to $57/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Manager Responsibilities include:

• Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to keep projects on schedule.

• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, and Order Management teams to align materials, orders, and timelines.

• Serve as the primary point of contact, providing timely project updates and clear stakeholder communication.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and status reports.

• Support issue resolution by gathering information, facilitating discussions, and driving follow-through on action items.

• Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and reports to monitor performance and support project decision-making.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, supply chain, or a similar role.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including dashboards, reporting, data analysis, and tracking tools.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $57.00 per hour
