    Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. Candidate must have strong experience delivering Salesforce projects with proven capability in managing Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives.

    Rate Range: $41/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Project Manager job responsibilities include:

    • Leading Salesforce project delivery while managing end‑to‑end execution across Service Cloud initiatives.

    • Driving program planning, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure timely delivery of technical milestones.

    • Collaborating with business, engineering, and architecture teams to design and launch new Salesforce capabilities.

    • Overseeing the intake, prioritization, and triage of incoming requests to align tasks with business objectives.

    • Developing scalable processes, mechanisms, and KPIs to support large‑scale technical programs and operational efficiency.

    • Identifying bottlenecks, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring smooth communication across teams to support program success.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

    • 12 Years of experience required.

    • Strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce projects with proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and technical program leadership.

    • Solid capability in managing complex cross‑functional programs, driving planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment to deliver critical business initiatives.

    Pay Details: $41.00 to $53.00 per hour
