Project Scheduler, Infrastructure Solutions

Modis is seeking a Project Scheduler, Infrastructure Solutions for a Contract with a client in Pelzer, SC. The ideal candidate will drive project scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects remain on track, within budget, and align key milestones.

Rate Range: $48/Hour to $50/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Scheduler, Infrastructure Solutions Responsibilities include:

• Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules to ensure timely execution and adherence to project milestones.

• Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget.

• Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to support effective project planning, scope control, and reporting.

• Maintain project risk registers and perform what-if analyses to proactively mitigate impacts on schedule, scope, and cost.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track action items, resolve project issues, and support successful project delivery.

• Generate accurate project status reports and forecasts using scheduling and ERP tools to provide visibility into project performance.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, data center construction, EPC, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Advanced proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms.

• Experience using EcoSys, Oracle ERP, Procore, or similar project controls and enterprise systems.

Pay Details: $48.00 to $50.00 per hour
