QA Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a QA Analyst for a Contract with a client in Charlotte, NC. The candidate will lead QA operations by driving test strategy, automation development, and coordination between onshore and offshore teams.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

QA Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Lead QA activities by defining test strategies, creating test plans, and ensuring adherence to quality standards across onshore and offshore teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber, Selenium, and Core Java to support scalable automation frameworks.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and analyze results to identify defects and ensure timely resolution with development teams.

• Coordinate daily with offshore QA teams, providing direction, clarifying requirements, and monitoring execution progress.

• Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and defect reports, while providing regular QA status updates to stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and automation coverage to enhance overall product quality.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum 10+ years of QA experience with strong automation background.

• Strong hands‑on expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, and Core Java for building and maintaining automation frameworks.

• Ability to coordinate and lead offshore QA teams while ensuring effective communication and timely delivery.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
