QA Specialist I

Akkodis is seeking a QA Specialist I for a Contract with a client in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will perform quality control testing and maintain accurate documentation to support product quality and regulatory compliance.

Rate Range: $26/Hour to $28/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

QA Specialist I Responsibilities include:

• Perform in-process, stability, calibration, and final release testing to ensure product quality and compliance.

• Maintain accurate testing records, analyze results, and communicate findings to appropriate personnel.

• Review device history records and support quality investigations to resolve process-related issues.

• Train and mentor new team members while promoting adherence to quality standards and procedures.

• Manage laboratory testing inventory and operate equipment safely in accordance with established practices.

• Support compliance with ISO, FDA, and company quality management system requirements.

 

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred.

• 2-5 years of laboratory, quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing experience required.

• Experience working in a regulated environment with knowledge of ISO, FDA, and quality management system requirements.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and strong documentation skills.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
