React Tech Lead

Akkodis is seeking a React Tech Lead for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using React, .NET, Azure, and SharePoint technologies while driving technical excellence and architectural best practices.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

React Tech Lead Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using React, TypeScript, C#/.NET 8, Azure services, and SharePoint technologies.

• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions leveraging Clean Architecture, CQRS patterns, micro-frontends, and event-driven design principles.

• Develop and integrate cloud-native solutions using Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Microsoft Graph APIs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive best development practices.

• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks, CI/CD processes, Infrastructure as Code (Bicep), and secure deployment pipelines.

• Mentor development teams, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and evaluate AI-assisted development and agentic workflow solutions to improve engineering efficiency and innovation.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack application development, technical leadership, and enterprise solution architecture.

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, C#/.NET 8, Azure Services (Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Functions, Key Vault), SharePoint, and Microsoft Graph API integration.

• Proven experience with Clean Architecture, CQRS, event-driven design, Infrastructure as Code (Bicep), code quality governance, and leading development teams in delivering scalable cloud-native solutions.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
