Scrum Master

Akkodis is seeking a Scrum Master for a Contract with a client in Dallas, TX. This role requires strong expertise in Scrum/SAFe to facilitate ceremonies, remove organizational impediments, and coach teams and stakeholders toward continuous improvement and value delivery.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Scrum Master Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams, ensuring effective execution and Agile best practices.

• Coach Scrum Masters, teams, and stakeholders on Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) to drive continuous improvement.

• Identify and remove cross-team and organizational impediments impacting delivery and performance.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and leadership to improve value delivery, alignment, and predictability.

• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, team health, and delivery performance for transparency.

• Drive program-level coordination, risk management, and foster a culture of Agile maturity and collaboration.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 

• 8–12 years of experience in Agile delivery with proven experience as a senior or lead Scrum Master. 

• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) with experience managing multi-team or large-scale programs. 

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/SAFe or equivalent) with strong coaching, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
