Senior Technical Consultant

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant for a Contract with a client in Burlington, MA (Remote). Candidates must have hands-on experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and hold ServiceNow CSA and ITIL certifications.

Rate Range: $70/Hour to $75/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Technical Consultant Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, upgrade, migration, and integration projects across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and FSM modules.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.

• Provide technical leadership, project guidance, and mentorship to development and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review requirements, perform effort estimations, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to manage project risks, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates and reports.

• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot complex application issues, and recommend continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform implementation, administration, and support.

• Proven experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, or FSM modules.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications required.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $75.00 per hour
