ServiceNow Developer

Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a Contract with a client in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate with experience designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions to streamline business processes, automate workflows, and improve user experiences.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ServiceNow Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced ServiceNow solutions, including Service Catalog, Order Guides, and Service Portal components.

• Build and support complex scripts, workflows, and automation processes to streamline business operations and improve service delivery.

• Develop and enhance catalog items, portal functionality, and user interfaces while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to ensure platform stability and performance.

• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and development support for ServiceNow enhancements, automation initiatives, and integration projects.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and enterprise platform implementation.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Development, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Order Guides, scripting, workflow automation, and IT Service Management (ITSM).

• Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, developing custom solutions, and supporting complex enterprise-wide ServiceNow enhancements.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $45.00 per hour
