ServiceNow Platform Architect

Akkodis is seeking an ServiceNow Platform Architect for a Contract with a client in Alpharetta, GA (Remote). The ideal candidate with deep expertise in ITSM, ServiceNow architecture, and stakeholder engagement, capable of designing scalable platform strategies aligned to business objectives.

Rate Range: $68/Hour to $75/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ServiceNow Platform Architect Job Responsibilities include:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow platform architectures aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow platform roadmaps, guiding workflow adoption, solution design, and long-term platform strategy.

• Lead platform governance initiatives, conduct architecture reviews, and provide recommendations to improve performance, security, maintainability, and upgradeability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to influence strategic decisions and drive successful platform outcomes.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate architectural and technical risks while resolving complex platform challenges through effective problem-solving and root cause analysis.

• Advise customers on ServiceNow AI capabilities, helping align AI-driven solutions with organizational goals and achieving measurable business outcomes.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience within enterprise environments.

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and at least one additional workflow area such as ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or SPM, with strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, integrations, and platform governance.

• Proven experience leading platform strategy, architecture reviews, roadmap planning, and stakeholder engagements across technical teams and executive leadership.

Pay Details: $68.00 to $75.00 per hour
