Sr Advanced Systems Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Sr Advanced Systems Engineer for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will design and analyze engine lubrication systems while supporting requirements development and system integration activities.

Rate Range: $85/Hour to $87/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sr Advanced Systems Engineer Responsibilities include:

• Design and analyze lubrication systems for engine and power system products to ensure performance and reliability.

• Develop and maintain MBSE models using Cameo to support system architecture, integration, and verification activities.

• Create, manage, and decompose system requirements in DOORS while maintaining requirements traceability.

• Perform fluid system analyses, including heat transfer and flow analysis, to support system design decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate analysis tools and engineering processes into MBSE frameworks.

• Support validation, documentation, and continuous improvement of lubrication system engineering best practices.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience within the aerospace industry.

• Demonstrated experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies using Cameo.

• Proven expertise in requirements management using DOORS, including requirement development and decomposition.

Pay Details: $85.00 to $87.00 per hour
