Sr. Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Product Manager for a Contract position with a client in Atlanta, GA. This position requires working onsite five days per week. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting customer authentication and identity platforms, with strong knowledge of OIDC, SSO, and federated sign-in capabilities.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $65/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Product Manager job responsibilities include:

• Own the customer authentication experience and related identity and trust platform capabilities.

• Develop differentiated customer experiences based on trust credentials, customer profiles, transaction history, and risk indicators.

• Support federated sign-in, SSO, OIDC, and other customer identity capabilities.

• Lead product discovery and solution design to determine the best approaches for complex authentication, trust, and customer experience challenges.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, write technical user stories and acceptance criteria, and support testing and validation.

• Partner closely with engineering, architecture, security, UX, and business stakeholders throughout discovery and delivery.

• Drive new features and platform capabilities from initial discovery through implementation and release.

• Use AI tools to accelerate product discovery, research, requirements development, analysis, and delivery.

Desired Qualifications:

• Product Manager or Product Owner experience within a technical, customer-facing environment.

• Experience with customer authentication, identity platforms, digital trust, or Customer Identity and Access Management.

• Experience implementing or supporting OIDC, SSO, OAuth 2.0, or federated authentication capabilities is highly preferred.

• Strong experience managing product backlogs and writing technical user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Comfortable balancing product discovery and design work with hands-on execution.

• Experience partnering with engineering, architecture, security, and business stakeholders.

• Experience performing feature testing, validation, and release-readiness activities.

• Experience using AI tools to improve product discovery and delivery workflows is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $62.00 per hour
