Sr Salesforce Administrator

Akkodis is seeking an Sr Salesforce Administrator for a Contract with a client in Mclean, VA/Plano, TX. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in platform governance, configuration, data analysis, and system optimization in enterprise environments.

Rate Range: $55/Hour to $60/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sr Salesforce Administrator Job Responsibilities include:

• Administer and optimize the Salesforce platform, including user access management, configurations, permissions, and data integrity.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring platform governance and compliance.

• Perform data analysis, data mapping, migration validation, and cross-system data reconciliation activities.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and Agile teams using Jira and Confluence to support project delivery and platform enhancements.

• Monitor platform performance, manage recurring updates, user provisioning, and support deployment and UAT activities.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics while proactively identifying risks, data quality issues, and opportunities for automation and process improvement.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in an enterprise environment.

• Strong experience with Salesforce Administration, including configuration, user provisioning, permissions, data updates, data analysis, reporting, and platform governance; Salesforce certification preferred.

• Experience working in Agile environments with Jira and Confluence, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
