Supply Chain Processor

Akkodis is seeking a Supply Chain Processor for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ (Remote). The ideal candidate will drive delivery performance by monitoring pOTD operations, mitigating supply chain risks, and improving visibility through reporting and dashboards.

Rate Range: $28/Hour to $30/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Supply Chain Processor Responsibilities include:

• Monitor pOTD (Planned On-Time Delivery) performance, identify delivery risks, and track mitigation plans to improve on-time delivery metrics.

• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and weekly performance summaries to provide delivery and demand visibility.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Program Managers and Materials Managers to resolve delivery issues and ensure timeline commitments are met.

• Gather business requirements, document processes, and support implementation of process improvements and system enhancements.

• Perform data extraction, validation, and analysis using SQL to support reporting, automation, and operational decision-making.

• Manage project funding activities, maintain funding trackers, and support financial reporting and reconciliation processes.

 

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (HS) or equivalent required.

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Business Analysis, or a related field.

• Strong experience with Supply Chain/pOTD Operations, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, validation, reporting, and process automation; experience building dashboards and operational reports is preferred.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
