Territory Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Territory Manager for a Direct Hire with a client in Denver, CO/Salt Lake City, UT. The ideal candidate will develop and expand customer and dealer partnerships to increase market share and deliver industry-leading storage and transport solutions.

Salary Range: $48K/Yearly to $50K/Yearly; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Territory Manager Responsibilities include:

• Drive sales growth by promoting shelving, storage, and transportation solutions within the assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customer decision-makers.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts to increase market share.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposal deliveries to support customer needs and close sales.

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, accountancy, and pipeline updates within the company’s sales management systems.

• Collaborate with distribution partners and leverage networking opportunities to strengthen market presence and achieve revenue goals.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.

• 3+ years of outside sales, territory management, or business development experience.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing customer accounts.

• Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing dealer, distributor, or customer partnerships.
