’I am a senior manager in the Demand and Supply team at Astellas. My core task is to create a stable supply for products I am responsible for in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
This means identifying, managing and continuously improving the supply chain processes (planning, ordering, inventory, logistics) in all supply channels. I also ensure that sufficient stock is available, distribution is guaranteed and cost targets are met. In this position, I have to work daily with other departments to ensure that the required standards are met.
I consider myself fortunate every day to be part of such a rapidly changing and important industry within Life Sciences, knowing that what we do has such a big impact on people's lives. The communication and support from Akkodis has been very professional from the beginning. I receive regular updates regarding business news, as well as meetings about my progress at Astellas.’
