What you’ll do
As a leader in a constantly evolving field, we’re at the forefront of driving transformation. Our team of experts oversee the entire manufacturing process – from managing inventory to ensuring schedules are met, they optimize production processes using techniques like Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement to drive efficiency and reduce costs. They communicate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to enable operations to run smoother, swifter and smarter.
Every member of our team is integral in each link of the supply chain, monitoring everything from raw materials to finished goods and managing the flow of products from suppliers to customers. Their ability to manage each project efficiently and smoothly is pivotal in helping us to break the mold.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills are key in identifying and resolving production issues. We harness our deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, chemical processes, supply chain management and quality control to ensure our products are consistently produced on time and meet the highest quality standards. We do this by implementing industry-leading tools like Aspen Plus, Minitab, and Tableau to continuously refine processes and improve operations.
