Akkodis Announces Lead the Charge 2.0: Join the Mercedes‑AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team

Zurich, May 18, 2026 – Akkodis, a global leader in digital engineering consulting, today announces that registrations are open for Lead the Charge 2.0, its flagship global talent campaign for 2026. Developed in collaboration with the Mercedes‑AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, the initiative offers one exceptional candidate a four-week paid placement at the Team’s campus in Brackley, United Kingdom, providing the opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced technology and elite motorsport performance.

Lead the Charge 2.0 is a demonstration of what Akkodis does every day: identifying exceptional talent, connecting it with the world’s most demanding performance environments, and enabling it to thrive. Formula One represents the intensive testbed for precision, innovation, and teamwork under pressure, an environment that mirrors the high-stakes industries Akkodis serves across the globe.

The selected candidate will gain direct exposure to real performance challenges spanning data analytics, sustainability, the Young Driver Program, and marketing operations.
