Developed in collaboration with the Mercedes‑AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, the initiative offers one exceptional candidate a four-week paid placement at the Team’s campus in Brackley, United Kingdom, providing the opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced technology and elite motorsport performance.

The selected candidate will gain direct exposure to real performance challenges spanning data analytics, sustainability, the Young Driver Program, and marketing operations. Lead the Charge 2.0 is open to ambitious, curious and driven individuals holding a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant STEM discipline, with a strong track record of initiative and a proactive mindset.
