Akkodis UAE Earns 2026 Great Place To Work Certification™
Dubai, UAE — Akkodis is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the first time. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Akkodis. 86% of the employees based in the United Arab Emirates filled the survey that contributed to attaining our Great Place to Work certification.

In 2025, the Akkodis UAE office underwent significant transformation, introducing new leadership and functional teams to strengthen organizational capabilities. The new HR team introduced frequent employee engagement activities on site for all employees in the region. Consultant lunches, multicultural breakfasts, Monthly birthdays, fitness competitions and other such activities were held for all employees to participate. Active participation in corporate events and strategic social media promotion enhanced visibility and recognition for our teams. This reflected in the Great place to work survey where 87% employees feel a sense of community on the workplace and 85% feelscamaraderie among their peers.
According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace.
